Jacqueline started tutoring me way back when I was in elementary school, and since our jolly start, Jacqueline has been one of those necessary and pivotal people in your life that don’t come around very often. First and foremost, Jacqueline’s stark and steadfast dedication to keeping me in one piece made me believe that I could begin to keep myself together. We’ve spent countless hours poring over and organizing the disarray of my scholastic mishmash of a backpack, and each of those hours has helped imbue me with the confidence and skill set I needed to keep myself organized. Jackie’s guidance has also helped me develop good study techniques, time management skills, and has taught me how to be a more proactive learner. I studied with Jackie for all my big exams and collaborated with her on many important projects. In a nutshell, Jacqueline has been a valuable asset and an invaluable catalyst for my scholastic growth.

Jackie is the best! She makes learning more understandable by giving me background information first. When I first met Jackie, I had many books. I started books and never finished them. Now, I read chapter books all the time and I have a favorite author. I wrote to her and she wrote back! Jackie also feeds me snacks when she knows I am too exhausted to think.

Our daughter became a reader under Jackie’s tutelage. She has now improved two grade levels in comprehension in two years. Prior to working with Jackie, we were told she may have maxed out her capacity in reading comprehension.
